All parents and guardians are members of the Home and School Association. 
All parents and guardians are to take  part in one assigned activity (2 hour minimum), as well as raise a minimum of $500.00 in fundraising. The buy-out options are as follows:

Fundraising Obligation buy-out: $300.00 - Payment must be received by the third Monday of September

Volunteer Obligation buy-out: $100.00 - Payment must be received by the third Monday of September

• All volunteer obligations must be completed by the next class event. Any family who has not met their obligation by the end of the next class event following their own event will be billed $100.00. The $100.00 payment much be received via cash or money order within 30 days of the billing date. Personal checks will not be accepted.
• All fundraising obligations must be completed by the last school fundraiser in April. Any family who has not met their $500.00 fundraising obligation will receive a bill for the balance remaining. The remaining balance must be paid in full via cash or money order by the first Monday in May. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Any child whose parents/guardians have not completed their obligations will not be allowed to take part in any non-educational school activities.  Appeals for exemption will be considered by the Executive Board of the Home and School Association. Such appeals must be made in writing within 15 days of the billing date.
