Student Activities
Altar Servers; The opportunity to perform the duties of Altar Server at Hillside Catholic Academy is offered to the following: 1. Students in Grades 4,5,6,7,8 2. Students must be members of the Roman Catholic faith 3. Students must maintain a minimum of a C academic average 4. Students may not be discipline problems 5. Although a student need not be an Altar Server in his/her parish, if they are they must meet their assigned responsibilities. Cheerleading; Cheerleading is an activity open to all students in grades 5,6,7,8. Forensics; Open to all students in Grades 5,6,7,8. Student who participate in Forensics are trained in public speaking in various forms. Sports: Basketball: HCA offers both boys and girls Junior Varsity and Varsity teams. The season runs from December to March.
